About the Founder

Mary Inthapagna - Founder

M.INT Beauty Academy & M.INT Lashes was founded in 2017 by Mary Inthapagna, an industry expert and successful entrepreneur with 20+ years of relevant beauty experience.

Mary started her career in the beauty industry as a hairstylist and owned multiple salons over the years. Her passion for the craft and her daughter’s inspiration pushed her to create something more significant. After years of struggle trying to find a balance between being a single mom and having a stable work life, she decided to create something special.

She learnt that by educating and training new professionals, she was empowering individuals to believe in themselves. Teaching courses, mentoring students and creating jobs. Mary began the journey of building a life that had meaning and purpose.

Instilling confidence in her students and giving them the necessary skills to care for their clientele, she provided her protegees with the right mixture of self-realization and high-quality skills, essential to building a successful business.

Her ability to share insights has helped many women become more confident in their craft. She not only built a trustworthy brand but also created a way to uplift and support people.

She enables the community to see the beauty industry with a new mindset.
